It takes a strong team of individuals to make the programs of the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute available to the public. BCRI is operated and governed by a board of directors and a staff of full and part-time professionals and interns working together to fulfill the BCRI’s mission. We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team! This role oversees facilities management, security operations, and visitor services, ensuring that the Institute’s physical environment and front-of-house operations support a seamless visitor experience.
