GROUPS AND FIELD TRIPS
BCRI Offers a Reduced Rate for Groups of 25+
Group visits can now be booked online through the BCRI Tickets page.
Groups of 25 or more receive a reduced admission rate of $10 per person for all guests above 3rd grade.
For groups with special circumstances, or to request a guided tour or debrief session with a historian, please complete the Special Request Form for Groups.
Most self-guided, multi-media tours through our historic galleries take approximately 90 minutes.
Planning Your Group Visit
Parking
Free parking for cars and buses is available behind the building with access from 15th Street North.
School Field Trips
School field trip reservations must be made by a K–12 school administrator or educator and are available September through May.
Please note that BCRI visits are best suited for students in 3rd grade and above.
We recommend booking field trips at least 30 days in advance.
Field Trip Pricing
Grades 4–12: $10 per student for groups 25 or more
Grades 3 and Under: Free
Group rates of 10.00 per person applies to any group of 25 or more
Chaperones Required
All children and students must be accompanied by adult chaperones at all times, including teachers and parents.
Required chaperone ratios:
Grades 4–12: One (1) chaperone for every eight (8) students
Grades 3 and Under: One (1) chaperone for every six (6) students
Chaperones are responsible for supervising students, helping enforce museum guidelines, and ensuring a respectful experience for all visitors.
