Scavenger Hunt (FREE!) - explore the BCRI's exhibits through engaging clues that encourage learning and teamwork, available at the welcome desk

Tour Guide for BCRI ($150) - a historian/educator will join your group as a guide through our galleries for up to 1.5 hours; maximum 30 guests per guide. You will be contacted by staff via email to secure your guided experience. This option cannot be paid via our website.

Tour Guide for BCRI + Kelly Ingram Park ($300) - a historian/educator will join your group as a guide through our galleries and Kelly Ingram Park for up to 3 hours; maximum 30 guests per guide

Debrief Session ($100) - up to 1 hour with a historian/educator after your visit; requires a room rental

Room Reservation - complete our space rental request form (bcri.org/facility-rentals) to add a meeting space in addition to your group reservation

FOR GROUPS: A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to make an advance reservation for a group visit at the group rate. This initial deposit will cover entry for 15 guests, the minimum number required for a group visit. FOR FIELD TRIPS: Full payment for school field trips must be made no less than seven (7) days ahead of the visit date. One (1) chaperone required per every eight (8) students for Grades 4-12. One (1) chaperone required per every six (6) students for Grades 3 and under.
