What’s really inside your phone? | Workshop

February 28 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

In partnership with the Smithsonian Institution, this hands-on workshop helps middle school students explore the hidden systems behind the cellphones they use every day.

Through games, activities, and guided discussion, students will learn how cellphones are made, how they’ve changed over time, and what happens to them once we stop using them. The workshop also looks at how phones shape communication, storytelling, and decision-making, along with tips for cellphone safety and responsible use in today’s digital world.
