Juneteenth Jubilee Food and Merchandise Vendor Application & Agreement
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute’s Juneteenth Celebration. Please complete the application below in full. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon approval and receipt of payment and required documentation.

Location: Birmingham Civil Rights Institute
Important Dates
- Application Deadline: Friday, May 29, 2026
- Vendor assignments will be communicated during the week of June 1, 2026
Vendor Fees
- Vendor Fee: $75
- Payment must be submitted electronically using the payment link provided below.
Required Materials
All vendors must submit:
- Completed application
- Full vendor payment
- Copy of current business license
Vendor Limits
- Maximum 10 Food Vendors
- Maximum 10 Merchandise Vendors
General Event Information
- Juneteenth Celebration will take place rain or shine.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 9, 2026.
