The Commons
 
The Commons can be used for training sessions, classes, organizational meetings, organizational dinners and receptions.
 
Seating maximum of 65 people.
Reception maximum of 80 people.

Day rate: (9:00 am - 5:30 pm) $200.00, plus $50.00 flat rate charge for maintenance
 
Evening Rate: (5:30 pm - 8:30 pm) $400.00, plus a $50.00 an hour rate for maintenance and $50 an hour rate for security
