Photocopy of a sample ballot distributed in 1063 by a group called "Committee for Better Birmingham" in anticipation of the city's first elections for a City Council. The election was held March 5, 1963. The Committee for Better Birmingham did not support Nina Miglionico for City Council. Ms. Miglionico won a seat on the council nonetheless.
